Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Elegant, aromatic and expressive — Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a celebrated single origin known for its floral lift, citrus clarity and refined structure. Light yet layered, it offers a delicate mocha undertone and a clean, sophisticated finish.
Grown at high altitudes between 1,700–2,200 metres in southern Ethiopia, these 100% Arabica beans thrive in a unique combination of climate, soil and tradition. Produced through cooperative farming models, Yirgacheffe reflects centuries of coffee heritage and sustainable practice.
Expect jasmine aromatics, soft citrus brightness and nuanced sweetness — a profile that continues to define specialty coffee worldwide.
Carefully produced for those who enjoy honest flavour, careful sourcing and a refined finish.

Award winning coffee
artisanally roasted
At the heart of our roastery is a beautifully restored 9kg European drum roaster that was imported over 50 years ago — a traditional machine that allows us to roast slowly, precisely and by feel, just as great coffee should be.
Much of Burleigh Coffee Co.'s signature character comes from the roaster itself — from the way it turns, holds heat and responds in real time, shaping flavour in a way modern machines simply can’t replicate.
